I have extensive experience doing detailed Sequence Straigraphic Log Correlation in the Gulf of Mexico and Onshore Louisiana. I have correlated over 30,000 logs in the Gulf of Mexico. This work was performed for "tops/time line " data base which means I have studied the shale and sand sequences in over 30,000 logs ranging in age from Cretaceous on up.
While I am very good with clastics, I also understand carbonates and have Permian Basin and African experience.
Additional strengths are in gridding, mapping, core description/petrography, data cleanup/inventory, and computer software. When I have been brought in as a Data Cleanup Specialist I revel in finding, organizing, and doing data quality control bringing order from chaos.
